First start up help

Hello,
I am swapping an 87 turbo 2 motor into my 1990 rx7 vert and have re-done almost everything on the outside of the motor. The motor currently has no oil/coolant in it. I am wondering what I should do for before doing its first start up.
I still have the OMP
I have heard some people say you should put some oil into the rotor housing first etc so I am just trying to figure out whats best to do and important.

Yeah, spray some fogging oil into the spark plug holes so those seals are lubbed up

IIRC from when I did the first start on my rebuild I think I pulled the EGI fuse n the fuse block under the hood to prevent the injectors from working. Then crank until you start to see some oil pressure build. You may have to do it in 5 to 10 sec intervals so as not to burn up the starter. Then replace the fuse and start the car.
