FCD in my 88 SE
Will a Fuel cut defenser for a 87-88 tII work for my 88 N/A?
your getting fuel cut in N/A ?
Why would you need an FCD for an NA? There's no fuel cut because there's no boost!
Yes it will work. Buy it. You will also need a Blitz Blow off valve and a Tial wastegate, a Greedy intercooler, and a fucking turbo timer.
i bet somewhere along this he wil rember to get a turbo.. a few thousand dollars later
Yeah there is a fuel cut in an n/a but its RPM activated not manifold pressure, the FCD clamps the map sensor voltage to a maximum, so no it won't help you unless you go and buy everything the other guys listed, then it might...Max

man, it's like a f***in' crime if you don't know ur shit on this site... just tryin' to learn guys, my bad! |
Well, let me ask you a question.. Were you looking to add it to fix a particular problem or just because you read about all these other guys with one..
Can't hurt to ask what something does before assuming you need or want it on your car. PaulC |
My friend, who's had several FC's in past, recomended it to me... but now I realize that he's only owned turbo 2's... my mistake
