also if you have don custom light brackets, can you educate me on how to make them myself or best way to get the job done, are the lights requiring custom wiring or is it going to be plug and play, this is with the hella lights setup.

hello? anyone
|
prob one of the hardest front ends to work with imo
not really a body guy so i just made it all work somehow. If you understand simple mechanics , you can make it work electrically with the headlights. (cut , solder , or get the connectors and use em. I ran the connectors w/ an aftermarket relayed harness from susquehanna motorsports and ran into nothing but trouble. Diodes solder backwards so lights didnt work @ all , high beam relay soldered wrong so it light up 2 high beams and 1 low beam etc. 150 buck harness for crap and they didnt give a darn about refunding. You're probably better off researching the kit and how you are gonna do to make it work. Everyones got their own way and don't expect it to be quick finish. Heck the bumper doesnt line up right anyways. You want perfect , you gotta body work it to make it fit and etc. then comes the overheating cause the air dams so big w/o Air flow directly directed to you're coolers etc. Path of least resistance = rebound to floor , not thru coolers. make a new under cover etc cause old plastic isnt gonna work. Good luck, Ld |
Call shines customer support??? If it exists.
If they sold you a product they should be able to advise you. |
well thanks for the good info, did you need a bunch of bondo for your kit to make it align correctly? i dont think the lights will be too big of an issue more worried about the alignment and mounting of the front end. anymore suggestions?
