Whoa give us one question at a time.
Okay the AC most likely need to be recharge and converted to r13?
For you oil leak try putting cardboard underneath the engine bay then follow up where the oil is coming from with a flash light. Check around the oil pan , oil cooler lines, oil filter, omp. You might have to remove the plastic undertray to look at these items more closely. About how much oil are you losing a day? Have you bought a Haynes Manual for the car? Its a good read on the basics.

to fix the sloppy shifter, you need to replace both top AND bottom bushing. and for some reason stupid Mazda said you can't buy the Bottom part. when the fact is you can. M501-17-481
