If you need to ask then NO YOU CANT. Wait, convert it to an S5 with a FD engine? That doesn't make sense boy, FD's are series 6 to 8.

Search button will do you better than asking. That way you will gain info without ridicule.:wallbash:

I think they might have some good articles in the "search". I didnt read them, but I think I saw a few posts

Or you could read the FAQ. As it says, the simple answer is NO. It requires fabricating a custom subframe and all sorts of extra work. Also, it is basically impossible to make the twin turbos work like they do in the FD so they are useless and you are better off with a single.
After all this, you will probably be able to make just as much power with less money and work by just swapping in an s5 turbo engine.

+1 to searching... more info in the search feature then you'll find quickly with replies.

a TT 3rd gen engine is a difficult swap to do, the mounts are different, rad connections are different, and engine management is difficult. It's alot easier to make power with the Turbo 2nd gen engine, as nice/torquey as the FD setup is it's more hassle than it's worth.

well,if you want a "rew" THAT bad, then maybe just bolt on SOME of the parts, like the awesome looking intake manifold, alternator, and maybe even the housings/ omp system? (for this one through, dunno how hard and if it would need ecu control, etc. but the idea being that FD hosings have better chrome and a simpler omp system only using 2 oil injectors instead of 4, thus also eating less oil.)

As for the full swap, dont do it... You would need to convert to single turbo anyway, and it would not be worth it unless you got a fully rebuilt one for free.

Covered in the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this section.

You always want to read the FAQ for FC sticky thread before posting as many commonly asked questions (such as the one this thread was started with) are covered there.
