I got the reading of 137 when it sould be 64.. But they tested the vehicle as its origonal motor but I have a 13b- re cosmo with twins in it now...Any ideas how I can pass or use my tuner to get it to pass^

Have you used the search - there's a lot posted on passing emissions testing, including in the Canadian forum. You need more info posted on your setup. In particular - are you using a cat(s)? And what were your numbers on all measures (HC, CO, NOx), as they provide clues as to where your tune or emissions equipment are failing.

check your cat, had the same problem...cat wasn't warming up or something

Things that could cause that:

Not hot enough cat during test.
Nasty oil.
Poor spark plugs/wires/coils.
Air pump not working correctly.
Bad cat.
Engine ported too much.

Denatured alcohol helps bring HCs down. You can always try that there are many threads about it.
