expert advice needed

ok ive been trying to get my 87 TII to run right for the past 5 weeks since I bought it. I have had numerous problems, as I would fix one another would show up.

I really need some help. Heres whats going on. RIght now the car won't start, but this only happened after I put a used computer and a used airflow meter on.Before this the car would start but wouldnt rev past about 3500. I think I have fixed that problem, because my injector o rings were bad and fuel was dumping onto the top of the motor, but cant besure because it won't start. When I took the upper intake manifold off I found that I had a large vac leak and several smashed and pinched vac lines going to the oil injectors, I hope this didnt damage the motor.

I need some suggestions
thank you

#1. The problem only occured after you replaced parts. If you put those parts back on, can you get it to at least run?

#2. If you can, then replace one of the two. If the car runs, swap and replace the other one (and return the first part back to the original bad 3500 rpm part).

Basically isolate the problem down. Is the problem in your two parts, or is it something else.

If replacing with your original parts does nothing, then start working on the three things that are required for combustion, fuel, air, spark. Is the fuel pump running? Do you have fuel pressure? Do you have spark?

Sorry I can't offer a magic solution, it's all a matter of troubleshooting one thing at a time.

Yes after this happened I put my original parts back in and I still have the same trouble. Yes it is plugged in.

The two parts I replaced were the afm and the computer.

When I pull the pluggs out of the motor the rear rotor pluggs are black and the front ones were fine.

Thanks

could it be a fried or broken wire doing this?
