Engine undershield..off/on...

I was wondering if this cover is important and why...I have been trying to change the radiator fluid and I could'nt get to the drain plug so I took it off. By the way,has anybody drained their fluid lately?, the only drain plug I found down there looked like it was on the oil cooler and I could'nt budge that one.

The cover is IMPORTANT to maintain the correct flow of air thru the radiator.

Am I looking at the right bolt to drain the radiator fluid?..the only one I seen was a large bolt on the oil cooler. Thanx

It is a plastic phillips head (+) screw in the middle of the bottom of the radiator, and a bolt in by the motor mount on the driver's side motor mount to drain the coolant.

Agreed, be sure to put it back on after you drain.

Make sure you drain the block of coolant also for a complete job:)
