Engine compression problem
1987 Mazda RX 7 - How to fix the engine compression going through the rad ( left side of the engine only)? Where to find the gasket and the easy way to change it? I like mechanic but am not high tech mechanic.

What the hell are you talking about?
Engine compression going through the rad on the left side of the engine bay? Do you mean you have bubbles coming up the upper rad cap? |
The only way to fix poor compression is to rebuild the engine. Not sure what you mean by "going through the rad". Combustion gasses are being forced into the cooling system? Again, rebuild the engine.

Plug all the radiator hoses. That's the Radiator Mod. Guaranteed to stop the flow through the radiator.:o:

You know, HAILERS, the scary thing is that there are hundreds of people on the 2nd gen forum that actually think like that....Sort of "what are the 6 ports and how do I wire them open?" type people... :)

do you mean bad coolant flow? Do a flush if that's what you mean.

Sounds about right -- overheating probably killed your engine.

See my post above. Sounds like a bad o-ring, which means a rebuild.
