Engine boggs down at any given rpm

So ive fixed my struts and found lots of electrical gremlins, replaced a failed clutch master cylinder and suddenly this.... car drives around ok while its cool under low rpm and load with fair acceleration up to 6500 rpm. once its warmed up a little on the other hand it becomes almost undrivable, suddenly bogging down and bucking, then picking up again at any given rpm sometime from take-off in first gear but mostly second and third gear between 2500 and 4k rpms. my fuel system is good. my injectors are good, no vacuum leaks. i can sit in the car and hold the accelerator at around 5k and the engine randomly stumbles dying down to 1k and lower and revving back up again to 3500 and droping again. this seems very random.

ive overcome all my other problems with help from this site, ive read many posts on engine issues many seem similar buit nothing has helped yet. Im hoping someone has an idea out there?

well so far ive replaced all my suspect grounds for the engine, cleaned my breather setup and replaced air filter. new plug wires. both leading and trailing coils are firing. oil pressure is high, temp normal. Engine still develops a bog after driving five to ten minutes. starts up in the high 4500's and gets progressively worse. turning the engine off for a few mins seems to help but not for very long. could this be a failure in my electronics? ECU,BCM?

im off to buy new fuel filters and pull my fuel tank, hopefully i find a restriction in there someplace.86 gxl

Compression Test?
Alternator checked out.
Pressure Sensor (got the restrictor pill in the line also)?
TPS set correctly?
Timing set correctly?

mostly cured

It interesting you would mention the alternator, i had to replace that first day of driving :) so should be good.
i haven't done any compression tests due to lack of the proper tool.

I did discover that my leading coil was not making a good ground connect to the body, every time i got my hand near the dang thing it shocked me seriously hard :)
also gave it a new set of wires, replaced my fuel inline filter and fed it a bottle of injector cleaner. Engines running nice and smooth again tho a bit sluggish (injector cleaner i think) recommended 80L of fuel per bottle i only hold 30L.

Replaced the tps switch for a used one i had from my previous engine. Not exactly sure what fixed my problem but i am glad its gone. i suspect it was the coil.

Thanks for the suggestions :)
