eliminating the twin scroll actuator

alright , i may finally be putting my rx-7, hope hope hope! and looking at all my notes on ideas and other assorted shit.... so is removing twin scroll actuator arm and porting the turbo a good thing on a relatively stock (at this time) s4? the engine will be rebuilt, but no port woek at this time. thanks for the input

I personally have had the s4 with and without the twin scroll on. I would keep the twin scroll on. If you take it off, and port the turbine inlets equally sized, you will get more flow at higer rpms but the boost lag isn't worth the tradeoff IMO.

Unless you like turbo lag, no.
