Electrical problems
 

please help.
i have problems with my lights not working, they pop up and the park lights go on but the headlights wont (well they will sumtimes), also the dash lights arnt working, ive changed the lights switch and still no luck, please any suggestions.

also. im looking at putting a front mount intercooler in, ive got a stock standard eng that has always been warmed up and down but im sure its had its thrashings, ive got a fuel cut defender and a cat back exhaust system that has also had the cat removed. my eng has done just under 100,000 km without a rebuild. will the addition of the intercooler have much effect, do i need to change my air flow meter or anything like this, also what about winding up the boost, what level is safe? thanks

A FMIC does not increase HP. A FMIC is used to lower the point of detonation seen in the motor allowing you to push more boost to create more HP. About 8,9 PSI is safe with stock 550CC injectors; 12PSI max efficacy range of stock turbo and 720cc secondary injectors will be needed. Your AFM does not need to have nay attention done to it however you will need a 3in TID and a DP of some sort would help.
