is your hazard light switch, switched on? or a wire pinched? or did you plug the cruise control plug into the wiper switch?

Try to disconnect your hazzard lights. If that doesnt work then try disconnecting just your signal switch.

goodluck

Thanks ill try that tomorrow. Are u talkin bout the wiring connected to the plastic cluster? because with that cluster remove it still blinking.

no, disconnect the hazard/wiper switch, and make sure you didn't plug the Hazard/wiper switch plug into the cruise control switch.
