Electric Water Pump?
Anyone ever seen this? Looks fun to try... unless it went out... good luck getting another in a hurry.

So what do you do, remove the pump assembly from the original, leaving just the case behind & attaching a metal plate over it, and then inserting this between the lower radiator hose? Seems pretty simple to me, definatly going to need a bigger alternator :) I don't see much of a benefit though, other than the parasitic (sp?) loss, but I think the reliablility makes up for that, mechanical tends to work better than electrical. Sure would make the engine look pretty though. Wonder if there's any flow stastistics/etc for the stock waterpump floating round.

jay-tech & Sakura motorsports used to sell a electric water pump for the 13B, including the adapter, unfortunately Jay-tech website has been down for the past 2 years or so....
