e-brake problem
 

whats the best way to pull up the ebrake rod?? mine i really far down the ebrake and i cannot pull it back up!!! i used to have a spin turn knob on the car but it was stolen out of my car(with a bunch of other stuff). just trying to make the ebrake functionaly again.
