E-85 Ethanol Question
has anyone tried running their rotary off of this i have heard of it being done with no modifications to the car except for the fuel pump and the injectors. i was wondering is this is true.
|
the manual forbids anything above E-10, but it cites damage to the fuel system (it might say somethign else so dont quote me) so, perhaps with proper mods, the car can run e85
|
so if i decided to run E-85 i would have to change all of my fuel lines and switch to a fuel cell?

E-85 is 85% Ethanol, so make sure you wont destroy your internal seals over time.
BTW, most cars that run E-85 also experiance worse gas milage. |
Lower MPG but higher Miles per Dollar. At least, that's the theory.
E-85 will also lean you out some, so you have to account for that. |
