finishing the FD UIM swap, and the FC elbow had a little temp sensor screwed in it, my question is what exactly does this do? and does it have to be plugged in? im still going to be running the stock ecu.im hoping i dont have to tap into my greddy elbow for this sensor

thanx in advance for any info

The car will run rich and eat a lot of gas.
On average, it will run 10% to 15% less gas mileage.

The air temp sensor is there to compensate for changes in ait temps, something that happens a great deal with a turbo. You cannot do this with a fuel controller. Install the air temp sensor in the FD manifold's stock location.
