after you take the acv out, do you have to do something to the six ports?

I hope you are not asking about this for your TII. It doesn't have them. :D

On the GSL-SE, which to my understanding is very similar to the 2nd gen NAs, the auxillary port actuators run off vacuum pressure from a line hooked up to the exhaust system.
