differential mount?

i dont know what i did but a while back something happened to my 88 GTU so now whenever i get on or off the gas i hear a thud sound. after looking under the car ive noticed that when i push up on my driveshaft where it meets the diff it flexes and hits the underbody of my car. now im guessing i broke a mount of some sort but i have no idea what it is or is called so i dont know what to ask for when im trying to get the part from autozone or some place like that and i cant afford to take it to a shop. anyone know what im talking about?

do a search... it has been discussed many many times...
no auto place will have them, you need to look for them online or at the dealer. And do not go with another stock mount!!! spend the extra $10-20 or so and get the competition mount so that you dont have to worry about it again bc replacing it is a PITA... you need to drop the subframe about 5-8 inches. Good luck.

I believe I have a pretty good condition used one. I can take a picture of it tomorrow if you would like to purchase a used one. The competition mount is very good also if you want to go brand new.
