Diff Mount Stop Washers Position
 

So I just installed new comp mazda diff mounts and comp mount washers, however after installing these stop washers the rubber part dont seem like its making any contact with the diff. (see pictures) Is it supposed to be this way? Im sure its designed to be this way, just want to hear second opinion.

That is fine.
The funny thing is when you jack the rear of the car up using the diff and you notice that and think the parts are loose.In reality they can only go so far.The pin is tapered.
