depressurizing fuel system

How can I depressurize the fuel system without running the engine? The UIM and TB are removed (to replace leaky injectors) I know I've done it before but can't remember (alcoholic) :P

U mean depressurizing the fuel lines right ?

if nothing is connected and your car has been sitting for hours/days. there shouldn't be "much" pressure left in the lines.

Just unplug them, fuel will come out for sure. but it wont "shoot" out.

At least thats what I did to my RX-8 when I was replacing the fuel pump.

take the gas cap off. remove the egi fuse and crank it over until it stops sounding like it wants to start.
