Under the steering column there is a harness plug attached to the column itself. It has two clips on either side and one on the top. break the tabs off the side, pull the harness off. Have a buddy turn the key while you are under the dash holding the throttle to the floor. Once the car starts plug it back it before the engine dies.

Old Mazda dealer trick when customers had their car towed in because it wouldn't start.

the other day i was installing a 105 amp alternator i blew a smal 15 fuse in the fuse box under the dash next to clutch foot. I didnt know I had blown the fuse yet I thought it was flooded because it was trying to start and seemed flooded. I had dealt with the flooding issue several times before and knew exactly what to do but it didnt work. I thought for a second that maybe it was REALLY flooded but then thought FUCK IT Ill check the fuses. and walla there it was a blue 15 fuse i think 3rd row down in the fuse box. just replaced it and put back on the stock alt and it was fine. (the new alt mustve surged or something and blew the fuse during the installation of the alt.) BUT it is possible you could have done something else to pop that fuse. If thats not your problem then I would say push start the bitch Ive done that before but i hear its bad for the engine.

also i didnt notice if this was said but the typical way you unflooded the engine is pull the 30 amp fuse inside engine bay the one closer to engine and turn over for 20 seconds with gas pedal down then put fuse back on the start up. thats worked multiple times for me. also replace fuel filter if its old.
