Dash problems...
Well today i recieved my guage faces in the mail. So i start to think that I reallly want to get that done before things start to pile up. So start taking my dash apart to get to the cluster. As it turns out ALL of the plastic is crumbling as i take the screws out.:wallbash:3 hours later when going to put the finished product in, the plastic surrounding the gauges is to the point where it wont go in with out just falling out.So where can i get the parts i need. i could only find the gauge trim bezzle(thats broken too now). does anyone have a parts car i could buy it from? ANYTHING my 7 is my daily driver and i have to get to school monday. btw its a 1990 GTUs.

A while. Dash swaps suck ass in just about any car.

Actually its not too bad. There is a great write up in the achive section that makes it pretty easy. Figure a couple of hours for the first time.
HOWEVER are you sure that all the holes in that are OK? The holes tend to get messed up every time some one pulls the part. |
so wait..you fucked up the mounting points inside the dash? (the area where the gauge cluster screws into), or the surround bezel?
