Couple questions about intakes
 

I'm having some trouble trying to find a solution for an air intake for my 13B 87' Turbo. I've been searching for kits online, and have been coming up with very limited options. Can someone maybe point in the right direction? Or better yet, can I see a few pictures of what you guys have done?

This is what I see from Mazdatrix: http://www.mazdatrix.com/c-7.htm . All I see are cones.. Do these setups come with a bracket to plug the sensor into?

Search K&N, they have a kit that comes with a bracket and adapter to mate to the AFM. I think the part number is something like 57-5005. Note that you should still make a box around it to keep the hot exhaust heat out. Search cold intake, and I think there's a thread in the archives for 2nd. gen.

Yes, they say that, but I just went and checked the parts fiche (see sig. or archives - you can get the FSM and parts fiche and training manuals there) and the air cleaner assy. is the same between turbo and NA, so the AFM's, although different, should be the same where they meet the air cleaner, which is where the adapter goes.

I'm not trying to be picky, but is K&N the only option? Or do most non-turbo applications fit on the turbo model?

googled "rx-7 86 87 88 89 90 91 intake filter" Use links at own risk. I prefer genuine K&N filter media, well proven on the track for many years. Others I don't know about.
