couple of noises......Wanna help out?

Hey, no big problems. But here are the symptons!

When going very slow, and i push the clutch in and change from 1st until 2nd....i hear a clunk. I"m thinkin it could be the rear differential mount. But if i'm going faster then a couple of miles an hour it doesn't clunk....only really slow, only from 1st until second

Problem 2: While drivin sometimes i hear sounds sorta like stress in the rear of the car. I think it could be the rear right strut. Sorta sounds like a creek creek creek, when ever i go over a bump or a little dip on the road.

What does everyone think? If it is the diff mount i will get a new one and then slip in an LSD. If it's the struts I will put in new struts all around and new springs!

If you could give me some help it would be muchly appreciated!

thanks, Evan!

Time for new rear trailing arm bushings - a common problem.
Mine does the same after it's warmed up - not when cold. The bushings are cheap, but it's a serious install job for shadetree guy like me.

The creak sounds like the hatch where it latches to the rear of the car. If you go over a speed bump at an angle it should be more pronounced. Mine does the same thing, apparently there is a way to tighten the rear latches (I just haven't gotten around to it yet) I'm 90% sure that's your problem from your description.
One of the things that will cause this is jacking up one corner of the car too high.
