corksport body kits
Does anyone have the corksport body kit, or any part of it? I would like to know how it looks fully. So those rear skirts look good? They dont seem like they go too far down.
|
yeah but the seam on the backside of that rear skirt really takes away from the piece, i know i've seen it somewhere but i don't have the pic.
you might be better going with the type k rear skirt. |
actually i was think it was these rear bumper caps.

I like the front bumper...
|
yeah the front one looks good, I am baout ot order that one, only one problem, it has '89-'91 trim on it and mine is an '86-'88. but oh well.
|
Until I figure out whether I'm going with the Corksport or the GPsport... I'll just go and pick up a factory replacement front bumper for $75 ;)

i have it, bolted on, but all different colors, give me till tommorow to post some pics......be prepared, kit needs alot of time for proper fitment, and you need s5 parking lights for the front, trim and rear bumper if you buy the type II rear skirts
the kit looks really badass once its all on though justin |
How well does this fit in the front on an s4? Is there anything that you can change to make the fit perfict for the bumper, Like what kinda s5 parts would i need.

I put my front on last weekend. I've been working on the side skirts off and on this week. I should have it all bolted on this weekend though.
I didn't even bother w/ a rear at this point.... |
I thought that the rear skirts were the only part that was specific about the 89 and up, I thought everything else was universal
|
The kit is made for the series 5. The ONLY differences w/ the front are the signals and the trim pieces.
Just look at the two bumpers and you'll see the differences. It is in NO way an issue to put the Type II bumper on a series 4 car... |
What do you mean, NO way. Do you mean that the front bumber wont fit on an s4?
|
Here's the border kit from their site. Same as the CS exept for the headlight conversion.

Exactly. The Border kit has no specifics on what years, and it is the same as the Corksport kit.

Originally posted by Sonic That would be the Border Type I bumper. Cork Sport's is the Type II replica. |
