Off the top of my head, fuel lines are 5/16", heater lines are 5/8?", smaller ones are 3/8", and vacuum lines should be about 3/16".

Most of the vac lines are actually 3.5mm or 5/32". 4mm (about 3/16") will work, but it will leak under higher boost levels if you are turbo (which you are not).

For the fuel lines, use 5/16" fuel hose from an auto parts store, or convert to AN lines. DO NOT put fuel in silicone hose.

For the small water lines, most of them you should order from the dealer/mazdatrix/whatever. They are molded hoses with crazy angles and they need to be OEM.
