Condensation Inside Headlight

I recently purchased new headlights for my 87 NA, theyre some blue tinted headlights with xenon bulbs, and somehow moisture has made its way inside one of the headlights. It has condensed to form a foggy sheath on the top half of the light, making it noticably more dull looking when the headlights are on. I took the light apart again, and tried to dry the inside by using a hair dryer, but that has failed so far. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the moisture out? Thanks

If you are saying that the foggy sheath is small droplets of condensaton, do the following.

Put the headlight into your cold oven. Heat your oven up to about 300 degrees.

Bake headlight until done, or until the water droplets are all gone. 1 hour may be enough.

Turn off the oven.

Allow to cool.

Remove fog-free headlight.

Quit buying rice headlights.
