compressor problems

this is the second arc condition compressor i have installed in 2 days in my car ,I have installed a 3rd gen complete motor in my car and soon as i turn the ac on the damm clutches on the compressor burn ,whats causing this problem,its not elecrical or else the fuse would have burnt.

Did you fill "liquid" into the high side?
