compression update

last post about this i was having very low numbers when i tested. i was getting between 50-60psi even on both rotors. i tested it correctly with the exception of actually warming the motor up. well i re tested it with the motor warmed up this time and i got about 95 psi even all around on both rotors. and this is on a motor with 117,779miles that was sitting for a couple months. so im going to do the water injection cleaning thing and see if i get better numbers.

I think i have around 92 and 96 on my rotors with around 40 000 KM's. I talked to Mazda and they said these #'s are perfectly fine.

Does anyone know if actually doing the water cleaning "improves" compression and power?

I believe it just helps get rid of carbon build up witch might help in compression but i don't believe so

my compression didn't get any better after the water thing- still around 90 psi all chambers, with 181,000 on 'er, running straight premix now for 'bout 4 months...
I've flooded her so much while troubleshooting other prob's, I doubt there's any carbon left in there LOL.

damn.... is there anyway to help bring the compression back up a lil bit? and is 92psi exactly that bad or ???

92 psi 'aint bad, dude, as long as she starts easy, idles, and runs good, I wouldn't worry 'bout it...
