compression testing question
can i accuratly check my compression with a generic compression tester?
is there something i need to do differently with it, i heard someone mention removing a valve or something, im still not clear on it all... i did the poor mans test on it, but the results were kinda ify so i want some numbers... could someone tell me how to use a generic (crappy walmart) compression tester on my N/A 13b S4? |
well, i guess i will just give it a shot the old fashioned way, since no one wanted to gimme some tips.. :( :)

You have to take the schraeder valve off and watch the needle bounce. It should at least go to 90 psi.
