I run my tires at 55 PSI. That's the only "mod" to the car (besides stereo and other unrelated stuff).

Well, I know there are tweaks to the battery system that can boost the milage on some hybrids (not sure about the insight, though)
So how does that tire pressure effect how the car drives? It seems like it might effect the handling and possibly wear the tires out faster. Or does it use some special tire? |

The tires are low rolling resistance tires by Bridgestone. At 55 PSI they're a little hard but tire wear is better then at low pressure and it handles decently. |
