coil problems

i did a full turbo 2 swap into my 86 rx7 a couple months ago and now im running into problems.i finally got it started but its only running on the trailing coil but idling at 1500 rpm. i have the bac valve off and all the other stuff blocked off if that makes a difference.im not getting spark what so ever to the leading coil.i changed ecus crank angle sensor and have tried 3 different coils and still nothing.any help would be greatful in my quest to get the beast running.thank you for your time.

1) check harness wiring for continuity from CAS to ECU
2) check wiring from ECU to leading coil
3) you using timing light to verify no spark?
4) leading igniter/ coil assy properly grounded?

Your not doing anything *funny*, like taking that single wire bullet connector at the LEAD coil assy and grounding that are you? Hope not.

As stated above, the LEAD coil assy needs to be bolted to the original location i.e the frame. Even one bolt would be good enough.

no im not trying anything funny lol. the coil is in the stock place and i checked spark with the timing light already.ill try checking the wiring from the ecu to the crank angle sensor.i checked the wires on the coil with a light tester and there was power.also when i get it running how do i lower the idle without a bac valve?

the idle adjustment screw, maybe?
