'88 vert- Code 09 Help needed

I have '88 vert with a '87 T2 swap, the full swap including the harness.. I scaned the codes and came up with code 09. What make this code come up? Would this make the car not start? How can i fix this? Thanks for any help...

btw-
Code 09 - Atmospheric Pressure sensor.
DCC1: LSSSS P ... (1 long light ... 4 short lights ... long pause ... repeat)
DCC2: does not light
Fail-safe mode: Maintains constant sea-level command (boost sensor)
Comments: This is located next to the ECU.

If it's the boost sensor it's plugged in.. I'm not sure what the atmospheric pressure sensor is...

I'm sorry, but I had to take a moment and wonder HOW/WHY.

The atmospheric pressure sensor is inside next to the ECU. This is so the ECU knows if you are in the mountains or at the beach that way it can adjust fuel mixtures. Loose wires at the connector? Wire break loose inside the plastic colored sleeve? Get the multi-meter out and see that all of the wires to this sensor are not messed up.
