Clutch Trouble

I had a new clutch assembly (all bearings and everything) done about 5000kms ago (not sure how many miles that is, not much though) and two days ago I noticed the point at which the clutch seems to grab had moved up a bit. Then today the feel of the clutch petal was softer than ussual and the catch point was up even higher on the pedal, also it seems to have no power, what I mean is that the boost is normal (on my aftermarket boost gauge) and it sounds fine no funny noises but it doesnt seem to want to rev up. You can step on it and it feels like it wants to go but just cant produce any power. Is the clutch slipping? what could possibly be causing this?

If the clutch was slipping wouldnt it just rev way up but not go anywhere? it revs up real slow and produces very little power to the wheels. Like I said no funny noises everything else about the car is normal. Your help is greatly appreciated

cheers

I dont know what the slow revving problem might be, might not be clutch related tho.
Yes if it was slipping u would probably feel it when u shift and drop the clutch to chirp the tires. The engine would stay at around 5-6k with the car acelerating but the engine decelerating, staying the same or acelerating depending on how bad the clutch is.

Just an update

I had the car in at my local rx7 specialty shop today and they could not find anything wrong with it, they changed and flushed the clutch fluid and system and it seems to be back to normal. I have not driven the car yet but my father says it's right back to normal......weird

Lets hope whatever caused the situation was solved my the flush and fill.:D
