Clutch/flywheel opinions needed

I'm doing a 5speed swap into my 87 sport N/A...

What is a good clutch/flywheel combo that isnt too expensive, and grabs really sharp, possibly even unsprung. It does not have to be streetable, but it has to be reliable, quality, and reasonably priced...

also do the turbo II clutches fit the N/A transmission?

and i read somewhere to use the auto counterweight with the aftermarket flywheel? is this true?

so i have the counterweight, alls i need is a new Throw out bearing, and light flywheel and clutch for the n/a 13b or turbo II??? i'm not sure

thank you for reading

john

You do need an autoconterweight. Ensure that its from the same series motor that you have. (Series 4)

The turbo II clutches do not fit the n/A trans.

If you going to drive it on the street use a street clutch (I read your post, stfu, what I wrote is true)

If you are running a stock motor, no need to go above and beyond stock. You can look at clutchmasters or Exedy.

If you are running a non-stock motor and need some more grabbing power look at ACT.

This is going to be a track car actually, i have a protege for my daily driver.

its stock, but i want to be able to let the clutch out at like 6500rpm and it grab 100% every time, i realize its not turbo, but i've heard the excedy replacements slip even on the N/A,

anyone know the cheapest place for ACT and flywheels?
