Changing gasket on waterpump housing, car idle jumps and dies

Aighty guys I decided to go ahead and do the gasket from water pump housing to the block that i had previously done incorrectly and was leaking. I also decided to change the water temp sensor that was malfunctioning as well. Anyhow I had it running tonight and it kept dying on me and sounded like a cough right before it would do it, maybe that was just air coming out of the intake, common sound I think. Anyhow you guys think I got something wet? It idles all the way up to 3500 on start up and then drops down like it normally would but it never used to bounce that high. Anyhow once i let it off of the gas it will idle for a second with the fan on full blast and then just cut off. I didnt have much time to play with it, but any ideas?

aihgt i looked and nothing. She starts and idles fine for a minute but when i step on the pedal it seems to lag a bit and then it dies and i can hear this rapid clicking noise coming from around the intake manifold area by the BAC thingymajigger. COuld be TPS area but i cant really locate the clicking..

It sounds like one of the water sensors is unplugged or bad...runs the car in a very rich "limp" mode.
