Under engine load, goes lean then shuts off.

I'm having a hard time figuring this one out.
It starts fine. When you give it gas, afr's jump to 18 or 19, then it shuts off.
I've got a Haltech Elite, new primaries and I've triple-checked the wiring.

Anyone have any ideas?

Was it running good with the haltech at some point or is this a new installation? I ask because my guesses are either the map or tps arnt hooked up (a friend's car did something similar), or maybe the acceletion enrichment hassnt been tuned at all.

Was running fine previously, so the tuning isn't the issue. I'm thinking it may be an alternator problem.

So meter the alternator.

I'd hazard a guess it's a fuel delivery problem, maybe a dying pump.
