car won't start.....I need help

I have a NA 89 rx-7 convertible. I recently replaced the fuel injectors and fuel filter. The car will start run for a couple seconds sputter and then die. I am wondering if it has enough fuel pressure or if something else may be keeping it from running. Someone said it may be a vacuum leak at the injectors. I was wondering if there could be a vacuum leak if no fuel is leaking from them. I taken the engine apart several times to get down to the fuel injectors and I don't see where I have left any hoses unhooked. If anyone has had a similar problem and has a solution I would love to hear it so I can get my car back on the road.

I would say its a vacuum leak. Check your AFM to see if it is on tight and make sure that the plug to the AFM is connected. Not sure how you would check for vac leaks with carb cleaner if you cannot get your engine to idle.

Also check the voltage to the fuel pump to see if it is getting the normal amount specified in the FSM.

i have that same problem man pretyy much what i have to is get it to running temp then it should idle descentlly especially if you drive a bit. so just control the idle 4 a bit
then it should drive i dont know why it does that but i hope to find out.

look on the bright side its kind off like practicing drifting lol

Make sure your AFM is plugged in and your ENTIRE intake system is intact. Check vacuum hoses, etc.

Report back what you find...;)
