Title of thread is vague...but I'll try and help. NOTE, searching didn't really reveal anything helpful, and I'm sure it's been answered. Sorry for this..
The car will start right up just fine. it will rev up to 1.5kish then start to bog down and die. If I give it gas, it will die instantly. This will happen for about 5 times, then it will finally start up, gas works fine, it's great. Kind of confusing. Lucky for me the car doesn't flood.
87 TII is the car.

I don't know if this can be any helpful of information...
My car idles at around 600 RPMs according to the SAFC2, so I tried to raise the idle just a tad, and the BAC will not change a thing. Something tells me it isn't working, but that's one of the things that just kicked in my head that could be one of the culprits.

The water thermowax isn't set right. Read the FUEL AND EMMISIONS section of the FSM on HOW TO.
Plus, once the engine is HOT, pull the plug off the BAC while idling. Question: did the idle change?

I will check on the thermowax possibly this weekend. As for the "plug" you're speaking of....are you saying unscrew the 'screw' on the BAC all the way?

Ah, that is what I was thinking at first, but wanted to make sure :P
Also, the term"Water Thermowax" is something the FSM isn't familiar with, I'm assuming "Water Thermo Sensor" is the correct term for me to check out?
*EDIT* If it is indeed the Water Thermo Sensor that is the issue, where would I go to get another one besides making a WTB?

The thermowax is on the throttle body and maintains cold idle.
Alright, well slight update! The BAC isn't even plugged in at all, and I can't seem to find any power plugs for it. Looking at the Wiring Harness, I see a few snipped wires. Let's hope that none of those are the ones I need! Anybody want to show me where the plug is/color of wire for it?
A car that does this when cold only, could have a problem with the plug on the water thermo sensor being off or the circuit is open to the ECU. Someone mentioned this above. A green plug on the back of the water pump HOUSING.
Well, I went outside in the dark with a little LED light trying to find some things, and I found the BAC plug at least! WOOHOO!
Battery died yesterday while doing it's little "Start/die" thing...hope I didn't maim the battery!
