Car hesitates under boost, whats up?

Alright here is my problem, its very simple. Any time I get on the throttle and make boost, my car goes nowhere. It just kinda hesitates where its at, it speeds up a little but not what Im used to. The only other thing I notice is that it jumps forward a bit, like it gets more power, when I back off the throttle some once I realize Im not going anywhere. Any insight?

You have what scientists would refer to as a boostus leakus. Their natural habitat is loose or cracked turbo and intercooler piping, vacuum lines cracked or missing, or bad turbo/motor...many seven owners at one point or another hve been visited by these pesky critters, however they can be avoided by creating an environment that is not favorable for their deelopment, this includes: replacing crusty old hoses and vacuum lines, and replacing turbo clamps with those of the "t" bolt persuasion. Also, proper maintenance is a must and driving like a jackass will eventually lead to their development.....

What does the boost gauge read?

The stock gauge went to one bar from the top, and if I remember right, my boost gauge read between 6-7psi, with the ported turbo and boost turned all the way down I dont reach the stock 7.5psi since the wastegate actually does its job.

I agree with the boost/vacuum problem above. Are your secondary injectors firing?

If you're stating that the boost was the same with the lack of acceleration, then I say it's not a leak. Most will complain about lower boost levels, which in turn causes a lack of acceleration, then find that there is a leak in the system. If this is true better look elsewhere. Watch the gauge to be certain it's boosting to proper levels, and if not look for leaks. If boost is normal, look at other possibilities.
Let me start with a rather stupid reply, is the clutch slipping?
