Only the Main fuse (80 amp or 100 amp depending on series) in the Main fuse box is bolted in.

The rest are slide in.

as already stated, there are 2 10mm nuts holding it on. pop the covers open on each side of the fuse box

THe main fuse which is bolted should be black not blue, so a blue fuse should be one that slides out.

Got a Pic of this Blue Fuse?..and If it is the Main fuse,it is bolted onto the Fuse block with 2-10mm bolts, one on each side of the Block.
Just for Future Reference: please be more specific.People are just giving you Guesses.you can at least be telling them: where the Fuse is located, what amperage it is,and why you are pulling it.what did it run,or Blow,so that you are now pulling it?
Seriously,I have a Blue thing,over there,and I know it is broke,but I can't get it out..That is "TOO" much info..see where I am going here?
Good luck.STYX.

Just to be prissy...those are actually 6mm bolts.
Which have 10mm heads.
