Camden superchargers

Anybody with any experience in putting a Camden supercharger in their RX7s? What do you need to change from stock to accomodate the addition of the supercharger? And is it possible for it to remain emissions legal (in CA)? :D

No way to remain Smog legal in CA with a Camden. They replace the fuel injection with a carb, because the can't figure out how to make the system work well with the factory FI.

A friend of mine has the camden supercharger with an intake allowing him to use a weber sidedraft carb. He decided to get some TWM throttle bodies and go with fuel injection. He bought a stand alone computer to control it. Definetly not emissions legal. The factory harnes was totally useless to him. The stand alone computer had its own wiring harness anyway.

Try a Nelson/Paxton EFI supercharger, I'm not sure if it will pass emitions, but it uses the stock Intake

Go fully custom and use a ATI procharger.
All of them can be pullied up to 24 lbs, and they have self contained oiling.
You would need fuel mods, and to make you own mount, and probably a FMU, but it would be oh so sweet.
