Burning smell after car warms up?
 

I have a burning smell (like wire) when the car warms up. It comes real quick and its a strong smell then seems to dissapate after 15 minutes or so. It seems like its underhood but I can smell it inside as well. Its been doing this for about a week now. Anyone experience this?

Similar thing happened to me, i would get strong burning smell for about the first 10 mins while the engine warmed up. It turned out to be a plastic bag stuck to the exhaust.

Thanks for the reply. I guess that could be it (hope so) but I didn't see anything. Anyone else?

I was gonna say plastic bag stuck to something, too :)
done anything to the car lately? specifically electrical?
