Broken air pump mount

So I had the mechanic replace my water pump the other day and now I notice that the top mounting bracket holding the air pump on is broken. It seems to be held together by wires (it was like this before I took it in to the mechanic.)

I've had the car only six months or so and I don't know if this is a problem or not. The air pump kinda shimmies and clicks, but hasn't given me any problems during normal driving, I don't think...

Anyone run into this before? I can't tell if the wires holding the broken bracket together are stock (I assume not...) or if someone has put together a stopgap measure to keep the car running.

Ideas?

Idea: The wires are not stock. Immediately raid a junkyard for the bracket or teh entire pump. You are causing undue stress to the pump pulley on both accounts by the braket being broken, believe me Ive busted two brackets.
