Brakes soft, go to floors

88 FC GXL has had soft brakes since I got it. Bled the breaks and the pedal still sucks, and goes to the floors under minor braking. Hard braking it holds firms. Any ideas?

if you pump the pedal the pedal is stiff? if so, there's still air in the system or the master is bypassing and needs to be replaced(usually this feels like a sinking pedal vs immediately mushy).

It's stiff for a short time before it falls back to the floor. I think it's the master, as the pedal slowly sinks after being stiff.

Sounds like air in the lines or bad master
