Which brake master cylinder
Have an 89 GXL with the vented rear brakes and 4 pot front calipers. Need to replace my master cylinder. Some sources have mentioned there are different master cylinders for turbo, NA, and cars with AAS/ABS. When I call the local auto parts stores they don't ask about the AAS/ABS, just turbo or NA. Is there a difference? Trying to figure it out, cant drive right now with the condition of the current master cylinder.

in 86-88 they had several different master cylinders depending on ABS and or AAS
in 89-91 they were simplified. it looks like it is just turbo or non. |
i have a un-used reman turbo master (2 outputs) i can sell ya if you want.

If j9fd3s is correct, than I need an NA master cylinder and I can get that local.

89-91 cars it was 2 master cyl parts ABS or non-ABS
most if not all the turbo's had ABS thus the distinction in some parts books |
n/a master has 3 line ports. turbo only has two line ports.
