Anyone? At all?

gopher_6_9 11-16-07 09:56 AM

ummmm, either no vacuum/wrong vacuum sorce or a busted diaphram like has already been mentioned. Also like already mentioned hook it up to a manuel vacuum pump and see if it will work then.

Where do I hook up the manual vaccum pump? On the nipple for vaccum, right? Not on the other end, where the intercooler piping connects too, right?

yep.

Sorry guys, bringing it up again. I bought a BRAND NEW RFL, and still doesnt work. There has to be something else??? Anyone have any solutions. Would plugging the hoses that connected to the stock TMIC back to the fmic piping have anything to do with it? Or the hose behind the stock bov/setup?

I guess I really stumped everyone on this on...

TurboMazdaSpeed 12-02-07 06:41 PM

did you try putting the BOV on the turbo side of the FMIC piping? .. thats where mine is and it works great.

agallardo 12-02-07 08:44 PM

Then I would have to seal out the other side and weld a flange on that side. Do you think its worth it? Thats alot of work.
