boost controller install

hey all i am going to be putting a avr on to my car and was wondering if i leave the factory boost sensor connected? also does the bov just see any vac source that sees boost as well?

The stock pressure sensor must remained connected.

Yep, gotta leave the pressure sensor(boost sensor) connected, or your ECU will have a field day. Also, the BOV should be hooked to a vacuum/boost source (typically the nipple on the passanger side of the intake manifold right below the BAC valve)
