Cool My First RX-7

Hey guys. I just got my first RX-7. It is and 88' Turbo II I am not the first in the family to own RX-7 though. I remember when I was younger my father had an FB. I loved that car, I called it his race car. I was so sad when he sold it. Anyway I have one now so check out the pics. Oh yeah by the way the camaro in the pics is for sale if anyone's looking or know anyone looking for one. Still have to post pics of my other cars when I get around to taking more pics. http://community.webshots.com/user/zxhybrid Dont worry those ugly wheels are coming off the car as soon as I buy some FD wheels.

Dude nice I wish when I get my RX7 it is a TII. I might dread doing a TII conversion. Those rims are not that bad just look ricey, cause they are chrome.

I like the stock rims better.. im real picky when it comes to rims though.

Nice, how does it run?

First thing I'd do to that would be to get a better intake and exhaust, then remove emissions, get a fcd and a manual boost controller and start to have a little fun with it

Wheels aren't terrible, but nobody would be mad if you changed them
Are those S5 doors?

The motor runs, but like crap. So I am going to do a rebuild. The trans is shot as well. That spot on the door is where paint as chipped off. I got the car for $350 plus my Sega genesis with some games and my Nintendo with some games. So basicly traded the car for some video games

I was looking at those wheels and was hoping that your were gonna change them. Looks like your gonna, thank god. Shave all your moldings off, easy said then done, but it's worth every minute spent doing it. Nice TII, just needs a little elbow greese.

Nope the moldings are staying. I will be repainting the car white and leaving the trim just repainted black
